In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

3.3 If bjlive discovers, at any time, that a Player did not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration or has since ceased to meet them, bjlive reserves the right to void all bets placed, cancel all pending withdrawals, and close the account. Any Real Money Funds at the time of closure that were deposited from a verified payment method may be returned at bjlive's sole discretion.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bjlive platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and must notify bjlive promptly of any changes.
4.3 bjlive reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.4 The Account is strictly personal to you. You may not transfer, assign, sell, or gift your Account or any balance within it to any third party. Any such transfer shall be void and may result in account closure.
4.5 Upon successful registration, bjlive will send a verification communication to the email address or mobile number provided. Accounts must be verified before withdrawals can be processed. bjlive reserves the right to impose deposit limits or betting restrictions on unverified accounts.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjlive login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been authorised by you. bjlive is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bjlive support immediately by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 17. bjlive will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.
5.4 bjlive strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Account. bjlive will never ask you to disclose your full password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
6.1 The bjlive Wallet operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless bjlive expressly states otherwise in writing.
6.2 bjlive accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the transaction limits and processing times stated at the time of transaction:

6.4 You warrant that all funds deposited into your bjlive Wallet are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. bjlive reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML (anti-money laundering) compliance obligations.
6.5 bjlive does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be voided and returned to the source, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your Account has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of bjlive's compliance team. Incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being held pending resolution.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method from which the most recent qualifying deposit was made ("same-method rule"). This rule is applied for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Where the same payment method is unavailable for technical reasons, bjlive may offer an alternative at its discretion.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are as stated in the Cashier section and may be adjusted subject to your account verification tier.
7.4 bjlive aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing times of the Player's payment provider. bjlive is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7.5 bjlive reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. The Player will be notified where such checks are undertaken and will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide any requested documentation.
7.6 Only Real Money Funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not cleared their wagering requirement are not withdrawable.
8.1 bjlive may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms published at the time of the Promotion.
8.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

9.1 All bets placed on bjlive sports markets, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other available markets, are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the bjlive House Rules. These rules govern, among other matters, the settlement of bets, the treatment of abandoned or suspended events, and the handling of results that are subsequently amended.
9.2 All casino game outcomes on bjlive are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino products, by live dealers operating under the oversight of bjlive's game providers. bjlive does not manipulate game outcomes.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, game software crashes, disconnections, or incorrect odds display — bjlive reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player Wallets. bjlive is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on markets that were made available due to a technical error.

12.1 All content on the bjlive platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data feeds, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of bjlive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjlive platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title, or interest in or to the bjlive platform or its content is granted.
12.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bjlive platform without the prior written consent of bjlive.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjlive's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
13.2 bjlive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if bjlive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 bjlive does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bjlive will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bjlive's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your bjlive Account, a bet settlement, a payment transaction, or any other matter, you should first contact bjlive support using the contact details set out in Section 17. bjlive will use reasonable endeavours to resolve your complaint within 10 business days of receipt.
14.2 If you are not satisfied with bjlive's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under bjlive's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from bjlive support.
14.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure or the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction set out in Section 16.
14.4 bjlive's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or technical malfunctions, made in good faith and with reference to available data and applicable game rules, shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
15.1 bjlive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bjlive will provide reasonable notice to Players via email, platform notification, or by publishing the updated Terms on the bjlive website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
15.2 Your continued use of the bjlive platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in the FAQ.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bjlive holds its operating gaming licence.
16.2 Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 14, you and bjlive irrevocably agree that the courts of the relevant jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
